E-commerce & Marketing Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Campaign Management:
Work closely with content creators / live host to ensure alignment with Direct Lending's lead generation goals and offer insights to enhance content strategy and outreach.
Help execute and optimize campaigns and performance marketing efforts across various platforms.
Prepare marketing & promotion materials and ensure the smooth flow of each event and campaign.
Assist in creating and managing the work timeline to be efficient and delivered in a timely manner.
- E-commerce Platform and Satisfactory Management:
Ensure that product listings on e-commerce platforms (including Shopee, Lazada, and more) are consistently updated, accurate, and propose marketing strategies to enhance sales and overall customer experience.
Responsively address customer inquiries and feedback on various e-commerce platforms with professionalism.
Resolve customer issues and complaints to uphold a positive brand image.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Having basic knowledge on using photoshop or similar design software is an added advantage.
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and others is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and good attention to details.
Strong communication, good attitude, problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team.
